What we collect & how we use it

When you install or use the Application, certain technical details may be gathered. Depending on how you use the product, that can include:

• The IP address assigned to your device
• Which screens you open, when you open them, and how long you stay
• Overall session duration inside the Application
• The mobile operating system running on your device

Where the law allows, the Service Provider may use contact details you supply to deliver operational notices and, if permitted, promotional messages.

Some features may ask you for personally identifiable information so the Application works as intended. Anything requested for that purpose is kept and handled only as explained in this notice.

Cookies & similar tools

The Application and third-party SDKs integrated into it may rely on cookies, SDK events, pixels, or comparable mechanisms for core functions, measurement, or delivery of the service. If local rules require consent before non-essential tracking, the Service Provider will ask for that consent first.

Your choices & rights

You can ask to see, correct, or erase personal data the Service Provider holds about you. Where processing rests on consent, you may also withdraw that consent. Reach out at SwipeClean@bwgpx.com to make a request.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you live in California, you may ask what personal information has been collected, request deletion, opt out of sale or sharing of that information, and exercise those rights without being treated unfairly. Send CCPA/CPRA requests to SwipeClean@bwgpx.com.

Sharing with others

From time to time, aggregated data that does not identify you may be sent to external tools so the Service Provider can improve the Application. Personal information is shared with third parties only in the situations described here.

User-provided and automatically collected information may be disclosed when:

• the law requires it (for example, in response to a valid subpoena or similar process);
• the Service Provider reasonably believes disclosure is needed to protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or answer a government request;
• trusted vendors processing data on the Service Provider's behalf need access, have no independent right to use it for their own purposes, and agree to follow this notice.

Transfers across borders

Personal data may be processed in countries other than where you live, including outside the European Economic Area. When transfer rules apply, the Service Provider relies on recognized safeguards such as:

• European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses
• Adequacy decisions or other lawful transfer tools
• Your consent, if that is required and allowed

Other countries may protect data differently. Where the law says so, suitable safeguards will be used and any needed consent obtained before transferring.

Stopping collection

Uninstalling the Application ends further collection from that device. Data already sent to the Service Provider or partners is not automatically erased by uninstall alone.

How long data is kept

Retention follows how long the data is needed for the stated purposes:

• Information you provide: kept while you use the Application and for 12 months after, unless a longer period is legally required
• Automatically collected data: kept up to 24 months from collection, unless a longer period is needed for compliance
• Aggregated or anonymized data: may be kept indefinitely because it no longer identifies you
• Records required by law: kept for as long as those rules demand

You may request deletion unless a legal duty to retain remains. Contact SwipeClean@bwgpx.com if you want user-provided data removed. Note that certain information may still be needed for the Application to work.

Young users

The Application is not aimed at anyone under 16 (or a higher age if local law sets one). The Service Provider does not knowingly seek data from children or market the Application to them.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to watch how minors use the internet and to tell them not to submit personal details without permission. If you believe a child has given personal information through the Application, contact the Service Provider so appropriate steps can be taken. Where the law allows, a parent or guardian must consent for users under 16.

Keeping information safe

The Service Provider uses physical, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect the confidentiality of information it processes and stores.

If a breach happens

Should a security incident affect your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law, including—where mandated—what happened and what is being done about it.

Updates to this notice

This Privacy Policy may change over time. Material updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Where the law requires, consent will be sought before those changes apply.

Consent

When processing depends on consent, you give it by clearly opting into the relevant feature or action. You may withdraw consent later; withdrawal does not undo processing that already occurred. Processing on other lawful grounds continues as described above.
